The Site

For now (19 November 2023) this is a small blog where I'll mostly talk through the odyssey of setting up comms tools for a labor union. There might also be more general posts about (anti-)work, classism, etc.

I'm not a fan of the site name, especially because it's not screen reader accessible. I'm terrible at naming websites, though, so I just needed to get somehthing down or I might never have gotten the site off the ground.

The Author

I'm a labor union member at a higher education institution in the US Midwest. I entered the workforce in early adolescence, which means I've been earning a living for over half my life. (Tangent: I despise the phrase "earning a living".) I've worked in a variety of industries and have been screwed over/exploited in all of them.
